Rules For Trinity Forums.

Post by Admin on Thu May 08, 2008 11:40 am

PICTURES & PERSONAL INFORMATION/PROFILE INFORMATION
It is very dangerous to post pictures of yourself, therefore, it is not enabled.

Also, do not post any of the following information:
-email addresses
-personal information (such as full name, birth date, age, etc.)
-telephone numbers
-residence addresses

Please use caution when posting your own personal website in your profile. Be aware that you are making it available to thousands of users, so the content on that website should be safe for all eyes, and should not have personal information or pictures.

SPAMMING
Spamming is becoming a problem on the boards. Spamming is not just when unauthorized users post advertising topics or posts on the message board. Spamming also takes place when regular users create topics and posts for no reason, and just post for posting saking. Examples we have seen are the "Talking to myself because I'm bored" topics. Things like this need to stop. Also, topics that have multiple posts that are exactly the same are considered spamming as well. We will cracking down on this. Keep the message board full of relevant content!

RPG's and Stories
While we currently allow RPG's and Stories on our message board, they must follow all of the aspects of our message board rules. If they do not, they may be completely removed.

Boyfriend/Girlfriend Topics
-Boyfriend/Girlfriend
-"I'm in Love"
-"Do you like to flirt?"
These types of subjects are no longer going to be permitted on the message board. The question will be raised, "Can we still discuss purity and some of those other topics?" We don't have a problem with those topics, if they stay non-personal (which means they are not about anyone in particular), follow all of the forum rules.

REGISTER ONE UNIQUE USER
We must limit each user to one username on the forum. Please do not register more than one username per user..

KEEPING THE BOARDS ORGANIZED
There are designated areas for different topics, such as jokes, story, new users, etc. Please post related topics in these designated areas. This will help to keep the boards better organized.

FAILING TO FOLLOW THE RULES
*If a user fails to obey any of the preceding rules, the offender will be given ONE warning (in most cases) after the first offense and a second offense will result in banishment. Our first priority is to protect all users, especially children under age 12. Moderators and administrators will monitor your compliance with these rules and dispense disciplinary action at their discretion.

If you see any posts that need to be cleaned up or deleted, please alert us via Private Message.

This looks slightly... copied. Did you just copy and paste the CBH rules? You may want to at least adjust them to fit your forum. For example, if we're allowed to upload our own avatars, it's a bit pointless to have that "Pictures" clause in there. Wink
I am a moderator. FEAR ME! Muahahaha!

Wink I'm nice though.
